By placing an order with littlemissdelicious.com you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, so please ensure you read them carefully and in full. 

Pricing

All prices are based on the time spent making an item, which includes designing, testing, sculpting, baking, painting, glazing and for the materials and resources used. Please note that our prices are displayed in UK pounds sterling (£). The currency conversion website xe.com may be useful for converting prices to your own currency.

Payment

Currently the only method of payment accepted is Paypal. However, you don't need a Paypal account to use their services; you can select to pay with a credit card without logging in. 

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 days of receiving it via your selected delivery method, providing your order is in stock. If your item is made to order, please allow the approximate additional time for it to be created.

Please note these delivery times are a guideline only and cannot be guaranteed.

All UK orders require a signature upon delivery. International orders may take longer than the above estimate depending on your country's postal service and customs.

Items are sent gift wrapped free of charge in a Little Miss Delicious box or packaged in tissue paper, depending on size and availability.

Next day delivery is currently not a standard delivery option, but something we are looking to offer in the foreseeable future. If you require next day delivery, please get in touch and if it is possible we can send a custom invoice for your order plus the additional postage fee.

All orders are sent to the address specified by the customer as the shipping address when the order is placed. We cannot accept any responsibility for parcels that are lost or delayed as result of being incorrectly addressed at the checkout. Please contact us asap if you notice an error in the address entered.

Refunds and Exchanges

If, after purchasing your item from Little Miss Delicious, you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please do not hesistate to get in touch.

Returns are accepted up to 7 days after you receive your order. All we ask is that the item is sent back in its original, unworn condition including any original packaging (usually a jewellery box). Please wrap the item carefully and securely in its box (where appropriate) and in a well sealed padded envelope.

Please send the following information via email prior to shipping the item back: the reason for the return, the email address and name the order was placed under, and if applicable details of what you would like in exchange.

We aim to refund within 14 days of receipt of returned item.

Please note that should an item not reach us we are not responsible and as a result we will not be able to reimburse you/offer you an exchange. so we advice you to use a tracked service such as recorded delivery to return your item.

Earrings and other such body jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We also do not offer a refund for any personalised items such as custom made orders or build your own charm bracelet purchases.

Please note that postage costs are non refundable, and the cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility unless the reason for the return is the fault of Little Miss Delicious.

Faulty Items

All Little Miss Delicious jewellery is made by hand, and strict quality control is exercised before each item is posted. If an item is fault for any reason, we want to put it right.

Returns for this reason are accepted within 28 days after you have received the order. Please send an email prior to shipping the item back describing the fault and choose from a replacement, an exchange or a refund.

When sending the item back please wrap the item carefully in a well-sealed padded envelope and return the item via a tracked service such as recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility if the parcel is lost in transit. The cost of postage for returning the item will be refunded where appropriate.

If more than 28 days have passed, we will offer to repair or replace the item depending on which is most suitable. If the item cannot be replaced, we will offer an exchange, a credit note or a refund. Please note if the item shows signs of significant wear, the refund may be less than the original price.

If more than 6 months have passed we will still repair the item, but this may incur a small cost, plus postage fees. Please contact us in this situation to see if a repair is possible and to receive an estimated cost.

Disclaimer

Please note that as all items are handmade, the actual item supplied may differ slightly in size and colour due to slight differences in paint mixtures and the availability of mediums such as felt or beads.

Whilst bracelets and earrings are sterling silver, many jewellery findings used are silver plated so we cannot guarantee that the jewellery is nickel free. 

Although the items might look tasty, they are made from polymer clay and so should not be ingested! Additionally, due to small parts they may not be suitable for young children. 

All items are made from polymer clay, which is a very durable medium after cured. However, it is still important to handle the items with care to ensure they last.
